FAQs

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at info@lubellelifestyle.com.

How long is processing and shipping?

Orders are sent to production 24 hours after submission.

Normal processing takes about 5-7 business days. Please note these times may be extended during holidays, restocks, launches and promotions.

Standard shipping time for orders in the United States takes about 7-10 business days.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
Ask your local post office if they have your package
Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at info@lubellelifestyle.com with your order number.

I received a damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at info@lubellelifestyle.com or through our contact form within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

What is your return and exchange policy?

Returns can only be made if the wrong item is shipped.

Please note that some products are printed or made by hand upon ordering. You can modify/cancel your order 24 hours after placing your order. After that we immediately begin processing your order and it cannot be changed or cancelled after.

Please make sure to confirm all order details including size, color and address prior to submitting the order. Refunds and exchanges cannot be made.
